Shipping & Returns Policy

Because all Sandman Golf items are custom-manufactured, laser-engraved, or refinished specifically to your order specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the physical engraving or restoration process has begun.

Standard individual orders typically ship via USPS within 3-5 business days after the physical manufacturing and engraving process is completed. For bulk orders, tournament packages, and larger custom club restorations, a specific estimated timeline for full production and shipping will be discussed and agreed upon during the custom quoting process.
